I have been at this for a while, but I plan to be more accountabile by (re)starting my WISH journal. A picture is worth a thousand words...so I shall start here...

I have 50 more lbs to go before I get to my goal (of around 160-165lbs). I need help to get through this from my DIS WISH friends. I've already lost 40 lbs and cannot quit. So here we go! :)
I'm about to go down and do some Tae Bo. I'm really proud of myself this weekend - I did not cheat (weekends are a problem for me!). Friday we are leaving for Disney. I plan to bring my Tae Bo DVDs with me and work out in the AM so I can keep on track. Today weight was 214. I've lost 10 this month. I really wanted to get under 200 by the time we went to Disney, but that was a little unrealistic. When I lost all my weight before, I did it SO fast and BAM, you guessed it, I gained it back!! Although I wish it could come off fast, I also realize the steadier pace the better. I'm more apt to keep it off if I lose slow. It just gets a little frustrating sometime because I work out at the gym 5 days a week like CRAZY (average of 2 hours) and eat pretty healthy, but sometimes I don't budge the scale at all, OR it goes up! So this journal shall be my diary, my motivation, my plea for help and my celebration of sucesses. :)
I appreciate you taking a look and taking time to comment! :grouphug:
