Good Morning All!!

I just got off the phone with Linda and I let her kn ow that I have talked to Pete and we are processing the final refunds today. They will be in the mail today or tomorrow. I'm sorry that it took so long to get some of them out. We've processed so many cancellations and then re-bookings that we're still trying to figure out which way was up:), and that put a hamper on refunds going out. I know that some of you have been waiting a while for the refunds to come in and I appologize, we have not forgotten, things have just been very crazy and shakey since the horrible events of Sept. 11. But like everyone else in the country and around the world, we are moving on as best we can. Thanks everyone for understanding. You will have your checks very soon.

Need a little help also. I have checked with my bank and my cashiers check has not been cashed yet. This is making me very nervous. Have you deposited all the checks? PLMK - if it is lost I need 10-14 days to get refund and reissue.

I just deposited what I believe to be the last of the DIS Con checks personally. It should show up on your statements within the next few days depending on how long our bank holds the checks. Didn't mean to scare anyone. We were waiting to deposite a lot of them at once. If your account doesn't register a witdrawl on your checks in a few days please PM and I'll look into it ASAP. Otherwise the Convention looks like it will be a hit!!

I just got my DIS Con logo stuff today that I ordered and it looks great!! In fact I'm wearing the Got DIS? Long-sleeve T right now. Has anyone else recieved theirs? And if you have, how do you like it?

THere is NO reason for you to be keeping my $910. Sept 11 was almost 2 months ago. :(

I will check with an attorney to find out the length of time a deposit is allowed to be kept before it is a violation. :(

All refund checks have been mailed out. While Sept 11th was 6 weeks ago, it's impact here is still being felt. Remember, what keeps this site FREE is the sale of travel, the industry hardest hit by those events. We're doing our very best right now, and I do apologize for the delay, but all refund checks have been processed and mailed.
