There is not much there right now since it is a brand new program but it looks very similiar to Creations and All Things.

cookies are used for tracking and to verify clicks.

go into on your browser, tools, internet options, security, click internet, click "custom leve" scroll down, there should be a radio button for cookies and select enable. This is for IE 5.x or higher. In IE 4.x, it's under view, internt options, advanced tab, scroll for cookies.
