Swimming at the Cont. Pools?

Do they rent life jackets or water wings at the Cont.? If so, are the rentals very expensive? My kids aren't fluent swimmers yet, and I'll be watching them by myself most of the time they're in the pool.

There are life jacket, don't know that there was a charge. I just brought swimmies for my DS. They took up no space at all in the luggage. ;)
