I just read a thread about tips for keeping cool, and (obviously) someone suggested planning on doing attractions that have AC during the hottest times of the day. They also suggested eating lunch at an AC counter service. Does anyone have a list (or can think of) which attractions and counter service restaurants are air conditioned? I thought this might be very helpful for me as well as others going to WDW this summer! Thanks!

It's been a while since I've been to WDW, but here's what I'm guessing. Maybe others can confirm it. Not sure about the counter services. I heard Tusker House in AK has a/c.

At MK,
Hall of Pres
Haunted Mansion
Pirates of Carib
Country Bear Jamboree
Carousel of Progress
Philharmagic
It's A Small World
Buzz Lightyear

MGM,
Muppet Vision
Great Movie Ride
Beauty & Beast stageshow
Voyage of Little Mermaid

You would be hard pressed to find anything in WDW that is not air-conditioned. Even many of the rides/attractions have some kind of either air-conditioning or fans to blow the air around as you walk through the line.
If you want to avoid the noon to 3pm time outside make some dining reservations around that time.
It can get uncomfortable in some of the outdoor theaters like for Indiana Jones and the stunt car show at the Disney Studios. They have fans around but you have to be sitting in the right area to feel them.
