How long for quote thru DU?

Not sure if this is the right baord for this but, for those that have used DU, how long does it ususally take DU to get you a quote? Just wondering, I am itching to get booked!!!!

Also, assuming all prices are equal, would you book thru Disney or DU and why? I know DU does ADR's but I am probably going to do them myself because I will be planning my schedule around them. Any other reason to go DU?

Checked my email - I got same day response on a Saturday (asked for a quote at midnight, got a response at 10PM). So pretty fast. :)

This is actually my first time dealing with a travel agency. They offer an itinerary created for you and I believe they do apply discounts if applicable when they come out. I'm making my own itinerary and ADRs, but I figured that since they were essentially free to me, I'd give them a try and let them deal with any hassles that might come up (of which I don't think there's been any yet).

they are usually pretty speedy. make sure you checked your spam mail as well though, they may end up in there.
