Official WDW hotels coming up on Priceline! Unless this (http://makeashorterlink.com/?F6772130D) post over at bidding for travel is some sort of cruel joke.

Works now. Had to route it through "Make a shorter link" - it kept editing out part of the URL otherwise. Strange.

Anyway, All Star resort for $36/night!!!!!

It'll be interesting to see if WDW is actually making excess inventory available to Priceline; if they are, rooms will come up whenever they're available, i.e. not just because there's a promotion going on. Budget rooms at low season might be very, very cheap - what's surprising is that this particular bidder was staying in May/June, not a particularly quiet time at WDW, and he got it for $36. That's got to be more than 50% off the going rate.

Someone said they phoned down to Disney and were told there was a block of rooms released to PL by Disney for May.

Several people have taken a chance and got a night at an AS resort, however some people are also getting Holiday Inn Niki.

Yep. That's the way it is with Priceline; 'ya takes yer chances! I personally wouldn't risk ending up at the HI.

Can you be guarnteed that you would get ASports? Is there any other resorts for this deal and would it be available for Nov/ and if you got something different can you cancel? Thanks Kat
