cannot find any info

we are coming to kissamee from 21 dec 29th dec. we did disneyworld last year. so i was thinking of universal and island of adventure. i have pre booked the pirates show, but need one more (we did arabian knights and medieval last year) somebody told me about buffolo bills and the rainforrest restaurants but cannot find any info. also need advice for xmas day and are there parades and fireworks at universal over xmas

Rianforest doesn't take reservations. They only allow people to walk in.
