Rehearsal Dinner Menu

Hello All!
We are trying to pick our menu for our rehearsal dinner at Italy Isola. I have the ENTIRE epcot events catering menu. Does anyone know if we are allowed to mix and match dishes from any packaged deal?
We really want to pick and choose some italian foods and some german foods to represent both of us. Can we custom create a menu of choice? If something is not on there that we want, do you think they can make it for us? :sunny:

Whilykit, have you asked your Event Manager if you can customize your menu? I know that in some cases this is an option. It's definitely worth your while to find out. Please remember that if you are allowed to customize your menu, your pricing will probably change. It may be more than you are willing to pay, so be prepared for the worst case but hope for the best case.
