High School Musical on Disney Channel

Has anyone seen the Disney Channel Movie "High School Musical"? It's a great movie.....kinda like "Grease" for the next generation!!!!

DS,8, LOVES it!!! He is watching it right now actually. We also have the CD in our truck and they are always singing along. It is like Grease, only much better and cleaner! :)

Yes, many times. As a matter of fact, my DD, almost 18, just finished watching it for the umpteenth time. She absolutely loves it. Sometimes she's afraid to admit to her peers, but the Disney Channel and most of its shows are still her favorites. Her 10 year old cousin had the Soundtrack and she begged her to borrow it for a week. We laugh about how she still watches Disney and my 15 year old son has moved on to older type shows. She's not embarassed by it. I guess my love of everything Disney has rubbed off on her. Not a bad thing!

All three of my kids really enjoy this show. They even have the DVD release date circled on my calendar!

I must admit - my DD9 is a HSM addict!

She watches the movie several times a week! I'ts recorded on both our DVRs - the regular version, the kareoke (sp) version, and the dance moves version! We even had to buy a basketball!!!
We listen to the soundtrack in the car every trip to Disney, school etc!! I'm glad the music is not annoying! I find myself singing along!

My DD loves it! She has the CD and two of the songs you can use on the Karoake machine! Very cool! :cheer2:

I just bought the CD for my DD9 :earsgirl: I think I know all the words to all the songs now. :rotfl: It's nice to see a nice clean movie that even the older kids enjoy. Way to go Disney.

princess: My DD6 loves HSM, we have it recorded and have th CD. She is in twirling and their recital sond is "We're all in this togeter" She was SO excited when she found out!!!!!!!

We caught it for the 1st time this weekend and then tivo'd it when it came on again. My DS 6 loves it!! Tonight before bed we just fast forwarded to the songs we liked, it's a really cute movie good for kids of all ages (inlcuding me!). :)

DD6 is addicted! It's so funny when she watches the one that tries to teach the dances. Bless her little heart, she tries!!!!!!!!!!!!! We dad to DVR it so she could rewind, etc.... I've got to say....I even find myself humming some of the songs (i.e. We're all in this together)! Cute movie!

Love HSM!!! All three kids love it...DH gets a bit annoyed by Zach Ephram's voice. Our grade school has the junior high singing two or three songs from the movie at our spring sing! Should be interesting.

Who knows what date it is coming out on DVD????
