What's the latest you've booked airfare for President's Week??

I'm starting to worry, still no airfare deals out past Feb. 13, 2002 but I'm afraid the airlines are gonna "Black-out" President's week anyway:confused: . Should I just bite the bullet & book now before the seats are all gone?? (DTW to MCO) ~:)~

Try Toledo to Orlando. It is sometimes a lot cheaper.

Since President's week is a major holiday week here on Long Island, I booked the first day I could. I paid too much $$, but got the flights I wanted. Of course, had I know Delta was going to stop the non stops out of the local airport...I might have waited.

I booked us air out of philly president's week the soonest I could. been a lot higher since then!

Isn't it weird, delta has no non-stop to any of the florida ports anymore (mco or mia)

We bought our Pres Week flights on April 1st! It will be a big joke if the flights are cancelled. Sheree we're on a Delta nonstop form LGA to TPA, have you heard if all FL flights will be cancelled?

We got ours on Priceline - Also DTW (to Tampa though). $160 per person. We bid on them months ago. Actually, I think you and I spoke about it at the time.

I had a flight booked on USAir from Boston to Orlando Direct. Now is changed to a stopover at Reagan International. I wonder if this is one of the safety precautions to stop all direct flights over so many miles? I have not called USAir, I just discovered it, I was checking to see if prices fell. I have round trip from Boston to Orlando (taxes and fees included) $220. Same as 2000 when I went in March. Janis

they didn't cancel their florida flights, I just noticed that none were non-stop.

We have a non-stop on Continental Newark-FLL and then on US Air non stop Philly to MCO, but when I checked Delta for another flight, they had no non-stops to Florida which I thought was strange.
