We have booked the first week of December and were offered the Ramada Saga.
Would appreciate your impression about this hotel.
Is it safe - clean?
I understand they include breakfast - how is it?
How close to the park?
What restruants are within walking distance?
Suggestions - positive/negative experiences?

we stayed there years ago so I won't comment on the rooms or breakfast, but I can tell you about the other questions. The Saga is within walking distance to DL and there is a Tony Roma's (steaks and ribs) right next door, and a Denny's a couple of doors down. I believe they have some sort of private take out restaurants there at the hotel.
I was there just two months ago. I can recommend it. The rooms and grounds were clean and I felt safe walking outside at night. It is only a five minute walk to the maingate of DLR. Besides Tony Roma's and Denny's there is also an IHOP between the hotel and the park. The breakfast at the hotel is served in a small room by the pool starting at around 6:00 or 6:30 AM. Breakfast is a continental style with fruit (apples and oranges if I remember), toast, muffins, coffee and juice. Not much to it, but it's good if you want to eat light and have a good lunch in the parks or at Downtown Disney ( I recommend the ESPN Zone :D ). I would have to say my experiences at the Ramada Saga were positive. If you have any more questions I'm more than happy to answer them. I hope you have a great trip :) :) :)
