Can annual passholders use the Dining Plan? (We are also DVC members). Thanks! :mickeybar

and this is the same whether you are paying for it or getting it free during the free period.
As a DVC member, if you are staying on points, you can purchase the DP and it's tied to the number of nights you are staying, not your tickets.
So I guess the answer depends on whether you're staying cash or on points.
Yes DVC members can add the dining plan to their reservations. It cost $37.99 per adult per night and kids cost $10.99 per kid a night. It must be purchased in advance (5 days prior to arrival) and you pay for it when you check in. It must be for the total number of nights you are staying and must be purchased for everyone on your reservation. You must be staying at a DVC location using your points. As DVC members you do NOT have to abide by the ticket restriction as in package purchases for cash by non-DVC members. You can use your APs and not buy a new ticket to get the DP.
If you're talking about the free dining in September, no DVC members can not apply that to their reservations, unless they are paying cash and making their reservations through CRO, not member services.
