ok. I am one of the many few dis'ers that have not yet been tagged. so, this is the place to say what ever you want and maybe get your first tag! hopefully the TF comes here and reads all of them!

I have been here for awhile, and have not been tagged. My mom has been here for like 5 or 6 years and not been tagged. But the tag fairy will not tag you if you ask for it. So just wait it out, who knows, it can be more fun if you don't ask him/her.

I would like to request this thread be shut down; the tag fairy doesn't do requests so posting here is a waste of time... If you haven't got a tag, it is probably because you haven't spent enough time here.

The tag fairy IS real; she/he comes when she/he WANTS to. Like the tooth fairy you can't force him/her to appear.

In the meantime, keep dreaming about it!

According to a WM, the TF is currently busy at a union. This WM is using bribery to get her back. :)

I'm confused. What is the tag fairy and what is a tag.

I've been on the DIS for about a half a year, and have been seeing "The Tag fairy..." in people's description.

Can someone explain this to me?

The Tag Fairy puts the colored sigs on top of people's avatars. It doesn't depend on time though, as my mom has been here than most people that frequent the VMK board. I have seen people ranging from three months to how ever old the disboards are.

The purpose of tags are to make you happy. They can fix a rainy day.

However, when the TF sees a post she thinks might embarass you, she will give you a tag.

The makers of the DIS may have been trying to think of an idea that hadn't been done before.
