I heard something about this being a special car rental service. What's it like? Does it even exist? Also, I heard that it was free to DC members. Is this true. Any info would be aprreciated. Thanks!

It is a reserve area for Emerald Club Member where you can just hop into any car in the arena, we have reservations for this service because we are Emerald Club Members when I applied the membership was free.
