BWV Sale Date and Price Thoughts?

I haven't been on the site in awhile, but looked for a post regarding BWV sales and did not see any. My question is this - how are they progressing on the new resort and when is it estimated that sales will begin? Will the resort be open by next summer? Has there been any discussion regarding pricing? Any info would be very helpful!

grumpy-duck, I think you might be referring to the BCV (Beach Club Villas). BWV (Boardwalk Villas) is already sold out and available only through resale. I'm not up on the latest but the last I heard is the BCV might be up for presale in late 2001 or early 2002. I don't think Disney has put out anything official yet. I beleive the resort is scheduled for a Sep/Oct 2002 opening date.
