We are going on our first Disney trip in July!
I have a really stupid question, Do you have to have tickets to the fireworks or do you just go to them? I asked the CS when I called and made our Reservations, but she said they do not sell tickets anymore. *I should say I have a friend at work that is going in May, and she said they got their firework tickets. We are going to WDW for our 6 yr anniversary so of course I want everything to be perfect for my DH. Any help would be great! Thank you for your time! :thanks:

Hello from one newbie to another!!
From what I understand, the fireworks are included in your ticket price. Now, if you want preferred seating to view the fireworks, that's a different story.

The fireworks are free, well, the price of an admission ticket into the park, unless you think about doing something exordinary for viewing, like a Wishes cruise, etc. Check out some of books, or other web-sites.

Hello and Welcome to the DIS!
You can find information about the various fireworks cruises on allearsnet.com and wdwinfo.com.
The fireworks are free at all the parks but the cruises are an additional cost.
You can also view the MK fireworks from the California Grill restaurant on the top floor of the Contemporary Resort.
For all these you MUST make reservations in advance.

Hi Mella,
I know you now know the answer to the fireworks question that you have but I wanted to give you some advise that I received from some fellow Disney Fans:
When watching the firework show at Epcot (which is my fav) one of the best places to watch them is from the Japan restaurant. You dont have to eat there to enjoy it either. From the "deck" you can watch the show and its just breathtaking. Make sure you get there early because it gets packed and being a level up from the ground it helps because your not trying to look over peoples heads. At MK stay on the bridge to tomorrowland and its wonderful, tinkerbell flies right over your head! :)
Have a great time and come back to tell us about your trip!
Jessie! :thumbsup2
