Who will be at the world in June 2002

Just wondering which of my VWL neighbors will be there next June? I know of a couple already.

Also, who will be at the other DVC resorts at that time?

loribell- We'll be at one of your neighboring resorts, BWV June 26-July 6. Since we survived Christmas week last year, we decided to try July 4th week next!! Can't wait either!! Have a great trip! Gayle

loribell - we will be at Boardwalk & Old Key West from June 2-14, with a weekend in the middle over at Universal ( HRH or PFB, not decided yet). Lookin' to take in mucho relaxation :cool: .

It's official....we leave 5/24 for Hilton Head for a week then it's down to BWV for the week of 6/1! I'm a VWL owner so it's the first time for BWV....can't wait to try them all!

My family will be at VWL June 9th through the 21st. We will also be spending a couple of days at HR. I hope that we can get a rate like that $99 one posted here in the DIS.

GayleBWV- we were at WDW over the 4th this summer. Watched the fireworks from down where the little boats launch at the MK. There were fireworks going off all around us. It was unbelievable. One word of caution, if the wind comes up be ready to head out. It was so windy and there were so many fireworks that when it was over the soot started raining down on us. But I don't think there could have been a better place to watch and there were only about 10 people down there with us.

Luv2Dream- I wish we could go a little earlier, used to go over Memorial Day but can't any more because of sons football camp. We are leaving for Florida 2 days after camp.

My kids are ages 9yoDS, 5yoDS, and 4yoDD. We'll be in a 1 BR for the first 4 nights (to accomodate DH if able to join us for a couple of days), then move to a Studio for the remaining 10 nights! I can't wait. We just love the WL, and have never had a problem with the regular room for the 4 of us, so the added convenience of just the "kitchenette" will be great. Have you stayed at the VWL before? If so, what sort of unit? What ages are you children?

BraveMom3-We have never stayed at VWL before, only visited it to check it out. We were there just admiring the place for over 2 hours. Can't wait for my first stay.

My kids are 18yoDD,16yoDS, 10yo(OCT 19)DS, and 2yo(3DEC23)DD. Sounds like if we run in to each other at the pool a couple of the kids are close enough in age they might have a good time together.

We tried to figure out a trip in December with the free passes offered to police/fire/EMT's at Sea World and Busch Gardens, but decided that was too close to plan out and save money! If the governent gives that rebate...well, maybe we will reconsider!!!!!!

HI:
we will be there for 10 nights in mid-June. This will be our first trip home to VWL. I have stayed at the WL before & it was great. I like it because it is a quiet resort and compared to some of the other on-site hotels, when you go to bed at night it is great to have some peace and quiet instead of rowdy neighbors all night long like we had at Coronodo Springs and the management would do nothing about them.

We'll be making our first trip to WDW in June/July 2002. Joined DVC in October, 2001. We'll be spending 9 nights at WDW.
BWV June 28-30
VWL July 1-3
OKW July 4-6

On the 7th we'll move to Vero for 3 nights.

We will be at OKW for 1 week starting June 23. We have two boys,8 and 14, and will be bringing our two neices,14 and 15, down as well. This should be a fun drive. (Can you drive on valium)?

We are leaving home on the 22nd of June, taking the Autotrain for the first time. We will be at OKW until Monday, July 1 and then heading to Vero until the 9th of July. I cannot wait! We love our summer visits to WDW and are greatly looking forward to this trip. Lots of friends and family coming along.

Dh and I will be celebrating our 10th anniversary at BWV in a standard view studio from June 6-9. This is our first DVC trip at WDW and first trip without our kids. We are thrilled!
