I want to have a journal partner or partners that can support each other.

Any takers?

I'll start....

I totally did badly today. I started out thinking today would be the day, but the Easter candy got the best of me.

But, I will start for sure tomorrow!

I don't have a specific diet plan, but I know if I limit sugar and high carb foods, I do much better, but I can never stick to a full SB or Atkins. I am going to try a lower carb but still calorie controlled (1200 or so) diet.

0 pounds lost...20 to go!

Yes- just write it all down! Journal here, but also journal your food and keep track if how much you are eating. I just started tracking eerythign last week and was amazed at how much I must have eaten before journaling it. I'm now staying right at 1200 calories and 20 fat grams and it's already showing- after only a week! So, you can do this- I'll partner with you as I've just started, too. we can do it together!

I had a moment of weakness with the Easter candy and had a fun size Snickers bar :furious: but I'm back on the wagon for the rest of the day! :woohoo:

Hi, Tressa! So glad to see you here. Hope you are journaling. It does take some practice until you remember to not bite it unless you write it, but it really pays off. I've recently started journaling every bite again and can already see where I was eating alot, mindlessly.
So, what have you eaten today?
I've had:
B: 1 hard boiled egg w/1.5 tsp mayo on 2 lite english muffins w/coffee w/sugar free creamer
L: green salad w/1 can solid white tuna in water; apple; WW ranch twists
