I hope anyone can play.. I just found this thread today, and thought of this photo. It's from California Adventure, over by the winery restaurant there are flower beds. We didn't notice the hidden mickey till we got home and had the photos printed!

If you are looking at tiggerwannabe's picture, the three white flowers form a 'hidden mickey'.
Three marigolds in heathrow42's picture are also in the shape of a 'hidden mickey'. Just look for the ºOº shape. :)
