Changing Picture size

Apparently my pictures come up HUGE. I was wanting to post one, but don't know how to make it appear smaller. Ideas?

I use this:

You'll have to download it to your computer. Then you have to save the pic to your computer. Open up PIXresizer and bring in your pic. Resize it however you want & save it. If you want to display it on the internet, you have to upload your pic to a website.

I do have a Mac, but still don't know how to do it. Would you explain?

Choose the picture from your IPOTO folder. Go to file and click on export, click on scale photo. When you change the width the height will automatically change. When I post to Disboards I make the pict 600x400
