Can. Snow White DVD and no $5.00 VHS coupon

I read on one of the other boards that US Snow White DVD customers received the $5.00 replacement coupon in their DVD ($5.00 rebate for previous owners of Snow White on VHS). I did not receive this coupon in my DVD case because I assume that it is only a US offer. Did any Canadian customers receive this coupon? I have received these coupons before after purchasing ultimate or special editions so I am confused as to why they would not have included with Snow White. Just thought I would post the question here before I call Buena Vista head office. Hope everyone is enjoying their DVD!

No, we didn't get one in ours! Post what answer you get from the Buena Vista Office, I would be curious to hear what they say. Thanks.

I am still waiting to hear their response. I called on Saturday and spoke with a wonderful gentleman (I always receive incredible customer service when I call) who said that it is a big concern and they are working diligently on it. He said that they are in the middle of investigating whether all Canadian DVD's were missing voucher, or just certain regions. He took my name, address and phone number, and promised to call me back with an answer as soon as they figure out what happened. He said that he had several other concerns from other Canadian customers and so they were on top of figuring out what happened. I'll keep everyone posted as soon as I get an answer.
