Reserving a Cabana

I'm going to be staying at PBH in August and I really want to rent a cabana for the day as we'll be spending a lot of down time at the pools. I've called several times to reserve one and always get an answering machine. I leave a message and no one ever calls me back. Has anyone else had this experience? I'm calling long distance and don't want to have to call too frequently. Is there any other way I can reserve one? Since I'm going during a busy time, I want to reserve it well in advance so I'm sure to get one. I'm getting very frustrated by this now!! :sad2:

Are you calling this # 407-503-1745 ? If thats the # you are calling, I would call the hotels concierge and tell them the situation. The # is 407-503-1200.

Well, that's the number I've tried calling but its been out of order for over a week now. I did call the main number for PBH and asked to be connected. Maybe I will try the concierge next time. Hopefully they will get this resolved. Thanks. :sunny:
