Guest of Honor Badges

Does anyone know how much the guest of honor badges/name badges cost at Disney World? I found a website to order the princess badge for $10.75 plus shipping and I didn't know if it would be worth it to buy before we go. Thanks!

As for buying before you go - depends on where you'll be & how soon you want the GOH. Days Of Christmas at DTD and Celebrity 5 & 10 at MGM do the engraving for free.



Is the $10.75 from Peggy's site? If so, it includes shipping.

We just got back from Disney and we paid 6.95 for the badges at the christmas store in DD. However we did not get any special attention and CM kept asking what they were for.

Our experience with the GOH badge was different from Silverbelle990's, but it does vary a lot from reports.

We bought DD the princess badge from DisneyLAND because wdw didn't have one at the time. It drew a lot of attention - many guests & CMs asked where we bought it. I wouldn't say that we received special privileges for it - and that's not why we bought it. Many CMs called her by name or commented on her name (Angel), and characters wrote personalized messages in her book. She was chosen by name at Storytime with Belle.
