Snack credits for Food and Wine Fest, can you do it this year?

Last year for those who caught the tail end of the free dining plan, they were able to see the Food and Wine Fest. Last year they allowed your snack credits on the plan to be used at the booths for the F/W Fest.

Does anyone know for sure, if this will be true this year, as well?
