Hi I'm new at QR where is this, I know it shows up and goes away but where is it same spot all the time??

Thanks got it at 12:13 pm MST.

This is normally in the clicks/search section I have also seen it in the new offers on some occasions as well. But you can always find it in the clicks/search section!
