RPR Contact for Loew's Platinum?

I used to ask for Eric Moller to get an upgrade at RPR when I booked with APH rates. Who took his place?

I don't know Eric, but when I was there back in August, Yasmin handled the Loews First guests. What I am impressed with is that Yasmin actually called me at home prior to my arrival to see if I "minded" being upgraded to a King Suite. I was already on vacation when she called (did a few days over your way before heading up to UO), but I did call RPR when I was about an hour or so away from the hotel and she was happy to upgrade me to the King Suite. And not one mention of a "qualifying rate"! My rate was only $159.

I'm just staying one night then we are staying the following weekend at PBH. RyGuy- Do you call/email in advance for an upgrade at RPR or ask for it at checkin?

I usually try to set things up in advance to avoid any surprises when I arrive. If that is not possible I speak with someone at check-in.
