I think this may only be for Florida residents according to the FAQ :(

The offer is good for anyone. However, it is only good for their three parks in Florida right now. That may be what you are reading about. I read an article that stated if the response is good, the whole Busch chain will offer this

it also gets u 50% off at other busch parks.....

they say you get a voucher that you have to hand in when you first go to a park covered...
