Has anybody heard about this promotion? All I heard is that Disney is offering a 5 night/6 day package with base tickets and dining. No info is available on Disney's website. Does anybody know any more? (pricing, available to DVC members, etc?)

I read that this package will be released to the public April 6th. Call Disney then and you should be able to get it. The info is posted on the Budget Board, and Visa cardholders are able to reserve now.
Hope this helps.

There are several threads on the codes and rates board regarding this new package. You may want to check some of them out. You can book this package on the WDW web site starting April 6.

I have read MANY other posts but none specific to 5 nights and 6 days only

What I read stated that it was for the Value resorts for 2 adults. There is a link on the WDW webside with a promo code but If you try to price it on the website the numbers don't add up and there is no way to enter the code yourself. They have a phone number listed to call to book the package. I would prefer a 4 night deal myself as I already had a 4 night trip reserved @ BCV.

mousavers.com indicates that it is not specific to Value hotels, but at all levels and is also not specific to number of nights stay.

It is my understanding that the package has to be for at least three nights.

Stay, Play and Dine Promotion
Get FREE dining when you book this specially-priced Walt Disney World vacation package for travel most nights 8/13/06-9/30/06. Essentially you get the Magic Your Way Plus Dining package for the price of the Magic Your Way vacation package!

This deal saves a family of four (2 adults, two kids ages 3-9) $97.96 per day -- the cost of adding dining to a vacation package.

Sample pricing:

5 nights / 6 days at a select Disney Value Resort for only $435 per adult. Add up to two children in the same room for only $176 per child ages 3-9. (Based on adult double occupancy in a standard room.)

This deal is available for other lengths of stay, other family sizes and other resorts (subject to availability), at varying prices. You must purchase at least a 1-Day Base Ticket with this package.

I strongly recommend that you consider buying trip insurance if you book this package, because you will be traveling during peak hurricane season. Hurricanes rarely affect Orlando, but when they do, they can seriously impact travel plans.

You must book this offer by 6/4/06. The number of packages available at this rate is limited. The new All Star Music Suites (and suites in general) are excluded from this offer. No group rates or other discounts apply. Thanks to Small World Vacations for info!
