Faxing Requests

Can anyone help me.? I was told I could fax a request to Saratoga Springs Resort...but the Fax # is not working. Then I read that they do not except Faxes that I must call the DVC and request that way. We leave in 4 days...any suggestions? Thank You :)

DVC does not accept faxes. You (if you are the member)must indicate your requests with Member Services on your reservation. If you are not the member, the member who made this reservation must make the requests for you.

If you made a reservation through CRO, you must call them and have them indicate your requests on the reservation.
