Emerald Isle-do you need a card?

Hi all! I joined EI during that period of time a few months back where it was free. I received a number which I have used to make a couple of ressies, but I was never sent a card. The number works fine to make the ressies online, but now next month when I go to pick up my car am I going to need to show the attendant a card? I do have print outs of ressie confirmations with the number on them....:confused:

I've always been asked for my EC card. Call the EC hotline and request one.

If you do not have a card, remember to bring (a good idea anyway) your printed ressie and proper id and you will not have a problem.

Back when National was doing the free sign up on the web they had listed that if you wanted to be sent a card to check the box for one.....if you didn't want another card to carry (National's wording) they would give you your number but not mail you a card.

We didn't get a card for my DH because he does have too many cards in his wallet!

The Emerald Club # you were issued is linked to the credit card you used to apply for membership. You don't need an actual card if you use the same CC or add an additional one to your member profile.:)

My card has been MIA for years! I just give them the credit card, DL and coupons and off I go. They have never even asked for the card!
