New Parking Fees?

I read on another board that ALL WDW guests will soon pay to park. (Even premium passholders.)
I have only read this on one board, and have not heard anything about it. I am wondering if anyone else has heard or read of this and if there is any merit behind that statement.
I think they may have gotten their info from someone who until recent worked on PI. And supposedly a parking structure is on the plans for DTD. (Which is much needed. That should have been built long ago.)

I could almost see charging for resort parking on some scale (whether it be all, or non resort staying guests), or to charge a fee at DTD and maybe even have validation parking. :confused3
I think many do bypass paying parking fees by parking at the resorts or DTD for park visits. Maybe it has become enough of an issue to do something about. :confused3

Mostly I am just wondering if anyone has heard anything on this subject.

The person you heard that from supposedly heard it from a friend who supposedly heard it from someone that used to work at DtD. I wouldn't put much credibility in it. Anyone can post anything on the Internet.

That's pretty much what I filed it under. There is usually a hint of truth somewhere along the way. Plans take a different turn many times before it comes to fruitation from what is first discussed.
