Newbie- Epcot Sign Ups ~ FULL! Due June 30th

Ok - this is my first attempt at hosting a swap. I liked the way RealMickeysGirl set up her format so I lifted it from her.. Thank you RealMickeysGirl!!

Due date is June 30th (that is when I need to receive your package. I will wait one week to return them just in case someone‘s doesn‘t arrive on schedule, that will get us through the July 4th holiday too). If I get them earlier I'll send them out earlier!

1. Choose a theme (Mexico, Living Seas, Illuminations ~ Epcot).
2. Select an element.
3. PM me with your DIS name, name and address - so I can pre-address the return envelopes.
4. Post your weekly status on the Progress thread - which will be posted after the slots are filled.
5. Check the progress thread for your status - it will be updated with ship info and received info.
6. Packing Instructions - use a Ziploc for each person and put everything for that person into their bag. Please label each bag with your name so we know who made each element. You‘ll have 12 bags to enclose in the larger (gallon size) Ziploc bag. - be sure to include your name, your DIS name. Include $4.05 for postage (or stamps if you don't want to send cash) to return your items.
7. PM me if you have problems and need to drop out or if an emergency happens (we all know things happen beyond our control sometimes), let me know so we can make arrangements for an angel or other help if needed.
8. There will be 12 people per group - once a group fills up I will add another group - but there will not be more than 5 groups.

I'm sorry, you made me laugh! I don't want the storms...but I'd love to have a new neighbor! I'm sorry the storms are so bad.. we are actually expecting them but so far there has been nothing!
As for me.. I'm on here when the kids take a nap (which they are now) and I check in and out during the day to avoid a massive clean that the house needs desperately (the annual spring cleaning). However, with the stepkids and all the kids off this weekend from sports.. I'm recruiting help!!

Yes, I would like to keep my Group 4 choice for Imagination. But the slots are going pretty fast, so if you do a group 5, I would still love to do Norway for that, or I could reverse the two if Group 5 opens. It doesn't matter which group they're in as far as I'm concerned.

Me too!! I've been through 2 in my life and we have had little damage..but they scare me.. I especially don't like the ones at night.. another reason we will be investing in a storm detector system..even living in town I'd rather have a weather radio in the house!

OT- We got some thunderstorms last night from the same front that went thru your area, but we got off easy. I think Toledo probably got it worse. I'm about 35 miles north of the Ohio border. Glad you made it home safe. I hate the night time weather warnings too!

My understanding would be that it is 6 total of eylets, brads or buttons per person or combo of, not 6 of each item, and 1 yard of ribbon or fiber per person.

Does that make sense?

Alright, I had a few minutes and got everyone checked and the signups are current as of right now... WE have 4 full groups and in group 5 we have 4 spots left open!

This has been a great sign up! I'll check in later this weekend and see how things are going!!! I'll start a progress thread next week and see how we progress with this!! I can't wait to get started!
