Our PS is for 5:15. We still have room for 3 more. I am getting REALLY excited about this trip, and getting the chance to meet all of you! My DH cannot believe we are doing this again. During our June meet we had 23 people show up. It was wonderful!!!!:)

No Tia, Unfortunately, I am not. I am pretty booked the first 4 days, then relaxing the last five.

November 30th- Arrive, Hoop-Dee-Doo
December 1st-Cindy's am, CP pm
December 2nd-rest, then meet all of you
December 3rd-only day at AK, and MANDATORY dinner at Garden Grille(DH has been trying to get back there the past 2 years)

I have posted the question on the Parks/Strategies Board............will Michelle have to use a day off of her passes to dine at CP before MVMCP? I thought she would, but I posted just in case I'm wrong. Do you happen to know?

Unfortunatley you do have to use a pass. I asked this exact question when I made out PS. The CM put me on hold and then came back to tell me that yes, we'll need a pass. Sorry to have to tell you that, but it's better to know ahead of time. I started to not do the PS at CPs myself, then I slapped myself ?

I am really sad and sorry that I have messed up your plans for Crystal Palace.

For those who don't know the story, here it is..

While I was at the pediatrician yesterday, WDW called to move our Cindy's PS to a later time(we had given these to Tiger Fan). Well, my brilliant(for lack of better words I would really like to be using) DH says "We have cancelled our entire trip!" Dine then proceeds to cancel all of my PS's. When I found out, I immediately got on the phone with DINE, but no luck. I am truly sorry to have had this happen.

The most annoying part is I had SPECIFICALLY told my DH that if DINE called(I was anticipating a call in regards to Cindys) not to say anything or do anything, to let me handle it. But nooooo, does he EVER listen to me?

It this is like any other group gathering that I have attended, there will always be at least one or two folks visiting the bathroom during the meal, so there should always be a couple of vacant seats. No problem at all. :)

(I'm certain that things will work out for us - We just need a little Disney magic, that's all)

I just called Disney Dining, and the Crystal Palace is completely booked for that evening, so changing my reservation from 9 to 10 people just wouldn't work. But I bet somehow or the other we could pull it off. I'm used to eating under the table with Bandit (he hates doing fine dining alone). Would that work? :D

I work in the service industry, and there is posibly a way to add one additional person depending on their table configuration...lets say they have to use 3 tables of four to make a reservation for 9 people, or even 2 tables of 4 and 1 , 2 top you can easily squeeze an extra person in. So I would cal MS and see if it is possible to add just one extra person to you table,

Most table configurations allow for an even number of people, so 9 or 10 people would require the same number of tables. just my 2 cents worth

I think we should go for it and just tell the host/hostess that someone made a mistake and got the number of people wrong. What can they do-tell us to send him away? I think not. And, as Pat said, one person makes the table(s) even, so how hard is it to (sorry) squeeze one more in? And, if all else fails, we can always use Steve's or John's suggestions: either someone eats under the table or when someone goes to the restroom, someone else takes the seat. Works for me. :D
