Add-ons? Please help!

I have seen several people posting add-on purchases.

First, will someone explain what an add-on is? I understand that it is more points, but in what increments? Is this something only done thru re-sale or does Disney do it if the points are still available for a resort?

Add-ons will have a 25 point minimum and may be at any resort. If purchased thru DVC, usually the use year will be the same as your original. If done with a resale, any use year is possible.

Thru DVC add-ons can have Disney financing (50 point minimum), Magical Beginnigs (100 point minimum) and no closing costs.

Just to let you know, add-ons can be any amount of points after the initial 25 for add on. It does not have to be in increments of 25.
