There is free internet access at local public libraries. I don't know where they are in LBV. I'm sure it would be easy to find out though.

If you have Plus options, Disney Quest has an internet cafe that is free. No printing available but it was great for checking emails and the Dis.
Your ISP may have a local or 800 number, this is likely your cheapest option. I'd talk to them first. I have Earthlink DSL and they give me 20 hours a month or so for free for dial-up. IF not, you may want to sign up temp for AOL or something similar. I suspect there's a local company that will provide reasonable and temporary services but don't know of any specifically. I know HH has at least one company that does that.

That means you can frequently get 2 days for the price of one as it goes from when you sign on and accept the agreement, usually through the next afternoon. They usually cut you off around checkin time.
