...the second one is a CM pin that was sold with a similar-looking watch at company D back when the magic was first launching. it was HOT about a year or so ago, and most people selling it were selling it with the watch (how i got mine....fortunately, i collect watches as well as pins!). the two originally sold for somewhere around $65 at company D...were selling last year on that e site for two to three times that. personally, i haven't seen any lately. it is a cool pin, though!

I noticed on E... that the Mickey compass pin recently sold for $47 and and anothr auction closed with a high bid of $35, but the reserve wsn't met.
I hope this gives you a frame of reference.

The watch with the pin (the CM helmsman one) was marked down last year at Company D. That is why there were so many on Ebay all of a sudden.
The other pin was available with a 25th anniversary watch purchase. As for a value, well they were both only available with the purchase of a watch. Therefore, they were not as readily available as many other pins. Value is always hard to determine. It depends on if there is a "market" for that particular pin at the moment you wish to trade or sell it.
By the way, both watches were a limited edition--but I don't recall the edition size--so the pins are also LEs

The watch case and pin are both made of .999 fine silver limited to edition size of 1971 and sold only in the Disney Catalog for $110. The only watch made with the birthday cake!
