I have 3 days left on park hopper passes (2adult, 2 children) that were purchased in 2001. My ds is now 12 and dd will turn 10 while at the parks this Aug. I spoke to a CM yesterday and he said to bring their birth certificates and they would be changed to adult passes at no charge to me. I spoke to another CM today and she said that you have to pay to change them. Does anyone have an answer for me and if there is a charge do you know approx. what it will be?

Disney will not penalize a child for growing up. Bring you DS and DD, along with the passes to Guest Service at one of the parks (I'm not sure that lobby concierge can do this at your resort). The tickets will be converted to non-expiring, adult MYW passes with an equal number of park days and pluses at no charge. This is the first time that I've heard of bringing a birth certificate along as well but it wouldn't hurt to have it with you.

A Cm told me that they do upgrade for free.
Let us know when you get back. Thanks!
