Which week, IYHO, is the better time to go to see the Christmas Decorations and avoid MAJOR crowds at the same time? I have heard/read that a good portion of the decorations are up the week before Thanksgiving. Does anyone know this to be true?
This is supposed to be a surprise for my Uncle who is retiring next year(10/02). I appreciate all responses. :) :D <IMG SRC="/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif" alt="confused">

I ave found the week of he 2nd Monday AFTER Thanksgiving is great. The parks & resorts are all decorated. The crowds are sparse. Hope this helps. Brer_Papa

Last year, we went down the week after Thanksgiving and it was more crowded than I had expected. Our friends went down the second week of Dec. and said they walked onto even the most popular ride.

Hi, Madmother! :) This is a great question for the Theme Park Attractions and Strategies board, so I'm going to transfer it over there. To view further replies, click here. (http://wdwinfo.infopop.net/OpenTopic/page?q=Y&a=tpc&s=40009993&f=8060948811&m=6340946241)
