Orbitz reliability?

I would appreciate anyone's first-hand experience with booking flights through Orbitz. I'm trying to decide if it is safe to do before some of these fares go back up.
Any input/advice would be appreciated - whether good or bad.

I do know they no longer post Southwest flights. You have to go to Southwest to compare their prices.
