What would you recommend for a better location?
Which is better for proximity to:
Ole Man Island
Boat to Downtown Disney

It's really a toss up as it all depends where your room location is in each building. We stayed in Oak Manor but our room was located if your are looking at the map above on the very back portion closest to Magnolia Terrace. A room in the front part of Magnolia Bend close to the bridge to Ol' Man Island would be closer than the room we stayed in to the main building. Just try to get a room in the front north end of Magnolia Bend or in the front south end of Oak Manor. The mansions are a lot bigger than the buildings in Alligator Bayou and have a lot of rooms but they are beautiful. I liked using the East bus depot behind Magnolia Bend. It was never crowded and we always got a seat on the bus.
