Has anybody heard if there will be June 2006 annual pass rates for hotels?

There are AP rates out right now for June check-ins to 6/3/06, but everyone is still waiting for the next set of AP rates to come out for later dates. Wish they would hurry! :goodvibes

It may be too busy this summer for them to offer AP rates this year. :wave2:

Actually, I figure no AP rates this summer would be in direct response to me purchasing my AP.;)

Starting to fret, having difficulty getting AAA room rates for dates the end of June & mid Oct. Never have run into things booking up so quickly before - what's up w/this?

I'm confused...I just read on another post that someone had booked an AP rate for June past the 3rd. Can you call and book with an AP now or do you have to wait unil they are released???? We are looking for three nights at the beginning of August and maybe the last week of June/first week of July. HELP! I don't get it! :(

I think the standard going is that you have to check IN by 6/3/06 to get the current rates. So, if you check in 6/2/06 for 6 nights, you get the rate of 6/2 for all the nights. At least, that is how it worked for me in Feb. I checking in on the 15th and got value season on all nights through checkout on the 22nd.

I booked a passholder rate at the Grand Floridian for June 3-June 11, because I am actually checking in on the third (I actually didn't even ask for a discount because I didn't realize the rates extended that far. Then I just called yesterday, and was able to save $800!!!)

The AP announcements are really slow this year. I'm going to get ours in mid-April no matter what so that I can buy the Disney Dining Plan at the AP rate and have it in hand well before our first day June 22; I can always revise our ASMo reservations, there's no hurry there.
Sure hope you folks aren't waiting to get your resort--if you wait too long it may be gone!
