This morning I ran for 45 minutes.

25 minutes on the eliptical. Would have been more, but I just couldn't get out of bed any earlier, and the boss at work wouldn't be happy if I was late!! ;)

1.5 miles walking (in the rain--YUCK! :umbrella: ), then arms, legs, and push-ups. Total--35 minutes! :yay:

This morning I did 1mi on treadmill 17min and this afternoon I did my firm ab tape and the arm part on the other tape for 45min.

My sister and I went for a jog/walk, 4.25 miles in 52:30.
