need advice on buying a rental home near WDW

My dh and I are considering buying a rental home or condo near WDW, but I'm clueless as to how this works! We want to be able to use it 2 or 3 times a year for anywhere from 2 to 6 wks at a time and then rent it out to vacationers the rest of the time. We'd have to have someone or an agency manage it and take care of rentals, maintenance, etc. Does anyone know how do go about this or who a reputable realtor or vacation rental agency would be?
