Garden Grill late lunch solo?

How is the Garden Grill lunch for a solo? I know they bring the food to you. I was thinking of a late lunch

Where is the Garden Grill? I am doing EPCOT on the 24th by myself, is this the restaurant in the Land? I am looking for somewhere to sit down and eat!

We ate there at about 1:30 with no ADR when we couldn't get in anywhere else on a busy day and had a five minute wait for the three of us (just enough time for them to coordinate things). The food was good, but not fancy. It might be a good choice for solo since the characters come around (Mickey, Chip, Dale, Pluto) and they were very attentive since it was practically empty. Chip stole my son's drink and started sharing it with Dale. Mickey sat down with us for a while. The rotation made my husband sick, but it didn't bother me at all. In fact, I like that the view constantly changes.

I usually dine there every couple of weeks - - for the CHARACTERS. It's the best! Anyone solo who would like company for Garden Grill, you can PM me. :teeth:

For those who have trouble with the revolving restaurant (it moves very slowly), if you sit facing the motion instead of riding backward, it really shouldn't bother you.
