I did a 5 minute warm-up on the treadmill and 30 minutes of weights and leg work.

I just finished WATP 45min. I feel pretty good and was able to hold the weight at the same time. :yay:

DH and I went for quite a wet run this morning, 4.27 miles in 40:37. What a way to start my 30th birthday... :p
