I stayed at CSR and found out if you are with a convention, get the Park Hopper Package through the hotel. It's a much better deal. You can get a 4 day pass plus 4 nights into Pleasure Island. I had the park hopper that I purchased online through Disney but had to pay $21 to get into Pleasure Island one night. Also, they have after 3:00 passes for a lot cheeper also. Wish I'd known!

I was in a Convention in 1999 (Swan and Dolphin), and it was possible to attendees to buy tickets for Epcot entering after 2:00PM in about $28, and after 4:00PM in about $22. They also had these tickets for MGM, but not for MK or AK.
In other convention back in 1997, we also had an "after hours" party in MGM, from 8:00PM to 12:00PM with a great "street party" in New York Steet, and some attractions open (No ToT and RRC didn't exist by then), but we did Muppets, Great Movie Ride, the fireworks and a couple of others I don't remember.
