30 mins on the bike and 20 mins of toning.

25 minute video, and then push-ups, arms, etc. 30 minutes total! For me, that's great! :teeth:

I went running this morning, 4.29 miles in 37:40.

75 minutes walking on treadmill at 3.0 miles per hour.
