Digital Software ?

I have Microsoft Picture It! and while I can do the usual stuff with it I'm not totally happy. Can you suggest other software and explain some of the reasons you like it? TIA

Adobe Photoshop Elements 4. It has the algorithm of Adobe Photoshop CS 2, the de-facto industry standard, but much easier to use.

I agree! I ahve both CS and Elements, and in all honesty I use Elements more often than not when all I'm trying to do is delete bad shots, add a watermark, and make a web gallery.

Download Picasa 2 free from google. very easy to use.

Elements 4. As said above, plus a very easy to use album (photo sorter and finder) It really is good.

Paint Shop Pro X is a really great program..

I use Paint Shop Pro X and Photoshop Elements 4. I haven't had Photoshop for very long but I like the way it stores your photo's.
