Okay, I've figured out that for our June trip that I can get the best priced tickets thru DL online directly...only problem is that I don't know how early I need to order them. The site doesn't say how long to expect for standard delivery...which is free...yeah! Does anyone have an idea of how long I should expect? I was thinking about ordering them in April...mid-month...any ideas?

Thanks a bunch!

I ordered tickets from DL also. The free shipping takes approx. 10 days for delivery. If you want them sooner, they have courier service for $10.00. Ordering them in April should give you plenty of time to receive them, even with their standard delivery. Have a great time. :mickeyjum

I ordered tix online thru disney and for standard it asked me when I needed my tickets by. We leave 4/2 and I put in 3/20 when I needed them by. I already got them like a week ago. I live in CA so I don't know if that expedited them at all

When you put in your "need by " date, the web site will tell you if it thinks you won't get your tickets in time and will need to upgrade to the $10 expidited. Ordering in April should be plenty of time. I waited too long last time I ordered and ended up paying the $10.

Thanks for the info...it's good to know that the site will do that...tell me if I need to expidite the shipping...but I hope it doesn't think so...I really like the free shipping aspect...:)

Hi. We are going to DL in June too. I will be purchasing my tickets end of April. I am bit concerned though if the discount price and free shipping will still be there when I'm ready to buy on-line. Does anyone know if these promotions have expiration dates?

by the way, I'm also from IL. :wave2: Looks like we've got very similar vacation plans for June. :thumbsup2

I think there is a new ticket discount after the end of April. I believe the free shipping is always available as long as there is enough time to deliver your tickets.

New discount? Hum? :woohoo: If anyone has more detailed info...I'd be really interested...I'm looking for 4 day or 5 day hopper tickets...adults. So far the best deal is still the DL website, directly because of the no shipping cost.

Thanks!

:wave2: Hi there! We're your southern neighbors...down near Carbondale so about 6 hours away...lol

We've never been...well, DS and I haven't been to DL before and DH hasn't been in 20 years or so...we will be there June 3 - 7, so it looks like we'll just miss each other according to our countdown clocks.

Has anyone ordered Disney tickets direct from Disney to the United Kingdom and if so can you tell me how much they charge for delivery to the UK? I am trying to find the cheapest price for 4 or 5 day park hoppers and the Disney website seems to be the cheapest but that depends on shipping.

It seems that AAA has the same prices, you could walk into the local office and buy them if you are a member. We were going in June, had to cancel.

PLEASE make sure that you are not buying the 2fer tickets or anything specail.. As some of them have expiration dates..
Like you must use them buy the 27th of April. Etc..

I almost did it myself. Not thinking that they would not be vaild for my June trip..

for international...
I know that you can have them hold the tickets at will call for up to 30 days. After that they bill the credit card and send them to the address listed..
